NORWICH, NY (January 29, 2018) – Starting hourly pay at is increasing to $15 and employees earning under $50,000 are receiving permanent minimum increases of 5% effective January 29, 2018. These increases were made possible by the reduction in the federal tax rate for corporations. ’s management team is excited to have the opportunity to positively impact over 60% of our team members in this way and to support our strategies of offering competitive compensation and positioning as an employer of choice. In addition, will be increasing our investment in infrastructure to enhance customer-facing technology and contributions to nonprofit organizations in our communities in 2018.
