Pentak Joins as Mortgage Originator
ONEONTA, NY (July 12, 2019) – Residential Mortgage Manager Joseph Culver announced Larry Pentak joined as a Mortgage Originator. Pentak will serve customers in the Oneonta and Cooperstown area.
Pentak has over 30 years of sales experience and 15 years directly related to the real estate industry. Prior to joining , he was a loan originator and mortgage consultant for Homestead Funding Corporation.
Pentak earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management from Siena College and his MBA from the University of Albany Graduate School of Business. Active in his community, he currently serves as a volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
