Newly Renovated Office is Officially Open

Plattsburgh, NY (November 16, 2017) – has completed extensive renovations at its -Mang Insurance Agency office located at 185 Margaret Street in Plattsburgh.
The renovations created space for employees of the branch formerly located at 83 Margaret Street to co-locate with their business partners at -Mang; and the new bank space now has a modern open floor plan with new digital features, including an electronic cash recycler, an ATM with deposit automation, and a tech pod where customers can use tablets to explore ’s banking options and resources online.
Renovations at -Mang started in late August and were wrapped up on October 27 when branding and merchandising fixtures were installed.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Wednesday, November 15, 2017, to celebrate the completed renovations. On hand were several and -Mang Insurance Agency executives, along with the Plattsburgh Mayor.
“Our banking customers will benefit from having access to banking and insurance services in one convenient location, and the availability of dedicated parking at the new location,” said Garrow.
She added: “We have completed several digital branch renovations now in cities like Albany, Syracuse, Cortland and Hamilton, NY, and we’ve been receiving great feedback from both customers and employees who like the more modern, conversational environment for financial discussions.”
Throughout the entire renovation and relocation process, -Mang and conducted business as usual with no interruption in service to customers.
