Jennifer Telesky Promoted to Senior Vice President

NORWICH, NY (May 17, 2019) – Executive Vice President and President of Commercial Banking Sarah Halliday announced Southern Tier Regional Commercial Banking Manager Jennifer Telesky was promoted to Senior Vice President.

Telesky is responsible for ’s commercial banking operations in Chenango, Delaware, Greene, Madison, Otsego and Schoharie counties. She has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry and accepted a position with the Commercial Banking team after successfully completing ’s Management Development Program. Telesky earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Siena College and is a Leadership Chenango graduate. She serves on the Board and Finance Committee of the Development Chenango Corporation, as well as the Finance Committee of Commerce Chenango.
