Whalen Promoted to Senior Vice President
Whalen has achieved 20 years of banking experience as well as 15 years in management. Whalen joined the team as Loan Documentation and Collateral Control Manager with the merger of Alliance Bank in in 2013. Today, Whalen works as the Director of Operations.
Whalen earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. She is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Chittenango.
