Whitcombe promoted to Vice President
ONEIDA, NY (January 14, 2019) – ’s President of Retail Community Banking Joseph Stagliano announced Tracie Whitcombe has been promoted to Vice President.
Whitcombe has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as the Loan Documentation and Collateral Control Operations Manager. A resident of Oneida Castle, she earned her associate’s degree in business administration and accounting from the Utica School of Commerce. She has also taken management and banking courses from Utica College, American Institute of Banking and the Risk Management Association.
